Mayer oval sugar bowl and cover with sybil finial, ht. 3 7/8; an unmarked teapot and cover with sybil finial and animals in relief, attributed to E. Mayer, ht. 4 5/8; and a marked Yates oval teapot and cover with molded palmettes bordering a central arabesque band, ht. 5 3/4 in. The property of Jeffrey Milkins. Estimate $500-700 Mayer sugar: Restorations to bowl. Mayer teapot: Numerous small chips surrounding cover. Yates teapot: Finial restored at join; a few slight flakes and edge roughness to cover rim; pot with slight chipping to end of spout.
