Two Wedgwood Dry Body Wares, England, early 19th century, a black basalt basket with rosso antico relief figures of children at play, ht. 3 1/4; and a rosso antico two-handled flower holder with pierced cover, applied black basalt band of fruiting grapevines, dia. 5 7/8 in.; impressed marks. Estimate $300-500 Basalt basket: Rim chip repair. Flower holder: In very good condition throughout with no evidence of any cracks, chips or restorations.
