Export Powder Blue-glazed Imari Bowl, China, 18th/19th century, the powdered blue-glazed exterior decorated with gilt floral sprays, the interior with a floral spray in iron red below a double ring around the brown rim, ht. 3 7/8, dia. 9 in. Provenance: Property of Carl Crossman. Estimate $400-600 a chip to rim, glazing flaws with clay impurities, pockmarks and bumps. Items may have wear and tear, imperfections, or the effects of aging.
