Two Turned Armchairs, 20th and 18th century, (restoration), ht. to 44 1/2 in. Estimate $400-600 the banister-back appears to be a modern reproduction and is sturdy, the carver chair is with a new brown coat of paint and exhibits large splits to the stiles and spindles, losses to the arms, and feet pieced. The seat height of the reproduction banister-back is 16 3/4" and 15" of the carver chair. Items may have wear and tear, imperfections, or the effects of aging.
