Mocha Pearlware Mug, England, c. 1810, with multiple blue and black slip bands and three rouletted rows of beads on white, all between green-glazed reeded bands, strap handle with foliate terminals, ht. 5 3/4 in. Provenance: The Jonathan Rickard Collection. Estimate $300-500 A 2 1/2 and a 4/4 inch crack in the side, small chip in the rim, staining.
