Brass-hilted Hanger, c. late 18th to early 19th century, brass hilt with remnants of silver plate, leather-wrapped grip, steel blade marked "WHEELER", blade lg. 28 3/4, overall lg. 33 in. Provenance: The collection of Nicholas A. Penachio. Estimate $200-300 Some leather loss near the pommel at the top of the grip but in overall good condition.
