Militia Tin Cap Plate, c. early 19th century, tin cap plate painted with a mustard colored border, with thirteen stars and an eagle over "WR," and a red banner (over painted) with "LIBERTY" in the middle, ht. 8 1/8, wd. 6 1/8 in. Estimate $150-250 Some paint loss and red looks to be over painted.
