DIV.," and on the reverse with "THE HISTORY OF THIS WAR/WHEN TRUTHFULLY/WRITTEN, WILL CONTAIN NO/BRIGHTER/PAGE/THAN THAT UPON WHICH IS/RECORDED THE CHIVALROUS/DEEDS, THE GLORIOUS/TRIUMPHS/OF THE/SOLDIERS OF THE/THIRD DIVISION/CEDAR CREEK 19.
