Tiffany Black Slate and Ormolu Mantel Clock, France, c. 1890, flat-top case with ormolu frieze, corner columns, bezel, and inset panel of two maidens making a floral chain, concave dial with applied roman numerals and convex bronze center marked "Tiffany & Co. New York," eight-day time and strike movement regulated by a pendulum, ht. 16 in. Estimate $2,000-4,000 Clock ticks and strikes. Bottom section of base replaced with wood. Modern metal rods running from top to bottom.
