Antique 18kt Gold Open-face Pocket Watch, Patek Philippe, dated 1888, made for N. Matson & Co., Chicago, the gold dial with fancy numeral indicators, stem-wind and stem-set, reverse with monogram, 45 mm, no. 77058 on cuvette, movement, and case, signed on the cuvette and movement, case with maker's mark. Estimate $1,000-1,500 Interior maker's mark almost entirely obliterated. Light surface wear to gold, scuffs to face. Not running.
