Maud Morgan (American, 1903-1999) Above Time Signed "Maud Morgan" l. r., titled on a label from the Cambridge Art Association affixed to the stretcher. Oil on canvas, 42 x 28 in. (106.7 x 71.1 cm), framed. Condition: Small abrasions l.l., varnish inconsistencies, scattered accretions. Provenance: Purchased by the current owner in the late 1960s. Estimate $600-800 A label and a stamp from Harvard Square Art Centre are affixed/applied to the stretcher. There is a faint stretcher bar mark near the lower edge and a minor dent in the canvas at lower right. Framed dimensions: 43 1/4 x 29 1/4 in.
