Charles Cabrier Dual Chime Bracket Clock, London, mahogany veneer dome-top case, brass side carrying handles, glazed doors and side panels, arched composite brass dial with strike/silent in the arch, chime selector for four bells or eight bells, faux pendulum and calendar apertures, and silvered maker's boss marked "Charles Cabrier, London," triple fusee time, strike, and chime movement with engraved back plate, recoil escapement, regulated by a pendulum, ht. 27 in. Estimate $3,000-5,000 Veneer cracks and small losses. Movement appears to have been converted from time and strike to dual chime in the past, strike hammer broken off and appears to be a recent hammer.
