Staffordshire Black Basalt Bust of a Maiden, England, 19th century, molded body, the bust with drapery over the shoulders revealing a dolphin's head at the front, atop an integral waisted pedestal with stippled ground molded with scrolls and acanthus leaves, unmarked, ht. 6 3/8 in. Estimate $200-400 Slight footrim chips to either side.
