Wiring has been updated and functions properly when tested. One example shows a repaired break to one arm and one tail element. Repaired area to leg is mainly visible when viewed from reverse, with repair to arm being more readily visible under casual inspection. Each break is currently stable. Each example shows small areas of house paint along back edges. Each also exhibits approximately four small points of loss to glazing, the largest being .25 inches in size, with each loss visible under closer examination. Overall pair shows in very good vintage condition. Incised artist’s cipher to reverse of one example. France, 1948
