Top and sides of the case with a sensitive light later finish. Minor surface wear to front edges of each foot, with back corners showing rounding that has occurred slightly over time. One small stable area of lifting along natural grain to upper left back edge. Small areas of loss to Pandanus cloth along left edge of two doors, with middle door showing small points of foxing. Two thin marks along right third of top, each approximately 14 inches in length and visible only in raking light or close examination.Good overall condition. Single board top with expressive grain and free-edge featuring knots and protrusions atop cabinet with finished reverse and three sliding doors concealing one adjustable shelf. Sold with a letter of authentication issued by Mira Nakashima. USA, c. 1965
