Overall surface of painting is bright and vibrant. There are two old faint water stains to lower left quadrant. Inpainting visible to lower right corner in approximately three consecutive squares. Under UV light threre appear few scattered points of inpainting elsewhere. Under close examination some lifiting to two collage elements along left edge. Around perimeter there are small flecks to paint. Artist applied ragboard to wood and there is visible adhesive where the two surfaces meet. Frame is unglazed aluminum. Signed to lower edge 'Vasarely'. Signed, titled and dated to verso 'Haynal 1964 Vasarely'. The authenticity of the present work has been confirmed by Pierre Vasarely. 1964
