Each piece has a weathered patina, commensurate with a prolonged outdoor environment.
Both elements have multiple large chips and losses (largest at base of one measuring 2.5 h x 2.5 w inches square). One element has a long fissure running almost all the way through the center of the piece (longitudinally), and restored front paw (restored and sculpted from cement).
