Steel surfaces show minor wear in the from of thin scratches and thin abrasions along lower edge of top.
Glass top is free of any chips or losses, with very minimal wear associated with use. Motor is currently non-operational and should be serviced prior to long-term installation. Table also does not retain remote control. Cosmetically this table shows in fine vintage condition.
This rare design features a remote-controlled motor that raises and lowers the tabletop to a desired height. Produced in a limited edition of approximately 20, Springer kept the first example in his own apartment until it was remodeled in 1988. Sold with a certificate of authentication from Tom Langevin, former director of Karl Springer, Ltd.
