Work is in overall good condition.
Not examined outside of frame. Minor surface soiling and buckling to right corner. Inpainting in the sky and water area. A few small tears evident to canvas. These tears are covered on verso with masking tape. Small area of paint loss to the right of the wagon, otherwise surface is stable. Framed without glazing measuring 24 x 36 inches.
Signed to lower left ‘Woodward’.
