A large bisque porcelain sculpture depicting the large yellow bird atop a naturalistic tree trunk fragment and peering down onto a chipmunk that is nestled below an overhanging root decorated with a red and green beetle on its surface, the ground with yellow flowers and mushrooms. Signed to base "Boehm" and with maker's mark and piece title to underside. Approximately 12.25" tall, 10.5" wide, 8" deep. Provenance: From the Estate of Sam & Florence Inman, Atlanta, Georgia.
