Folio, edited by Sebastian Munster, illustrated with numerous woodcut text maps, and two double page/folding maps, bound in later half leather with marbled paper boards, contemporary ink ownership inscription to title and three stamps, one has been inked over, contents generally good, 12 1/2 x 7 7/8 in. The double-page "Asia Maior" map, which includes the earliest representation of the Pacific Northwest coast of the North American continent, according to Burden. It is labeled "Terra Incognito."
