Dudley, Paul (1675-1751) Document Signed, Boston, 22 January 1705. Folio format laid paper bifolium document, legal brief, inscribed over two pages, docketed on verso, with an autograph note in Dudley's hand, with his signature, old folds, sealed, 12 x 7 1/2 in. Dudley was the Attorney General for the Massachusetts Bay Colony and a Massachusetts Supreme Court Justice, acting as chief Justice from 1745 to 1752.
