Chinese Discs on Rope Release. Holland: Eddy Taytelbaum, 1960s. Three plastic discs, finely engraved with Chinese characters, are threaded on a rope knotted at both ends. The rope is placed in the magician’s pocket, but when it is drawn out again the discs have vanished. Rope approx. 12” long. This being an early example of the trick.
