On Thurston’s embossed letterhead, letters requesting that Blackstone immediately cease performing the Floating Woman Illusion with improvements to which Thurston held a patent, in hopes that Blackstone will “treat this matter as one gentleman to another” but warning that he will “use every means possible” to protect his interests.
