George Nakashima, 1959-1961, designed for Widdicomb Furniture Company, Grand Rapids, MI. Stamped Sundra, dated 1961. The slightly concave shaped rectangular headboard, with multiple inset caned panels, in the original walnut oil finish. Width of headboard 10’ 5”. (Cond: good) (2000/2500) Purchased by the consignor directly from Widdicomb in 1960.
