Cartier (Frenc h, founded 1847). A gilt metal folding travel alarm clock of round form with folding stand, the white enamel round face set within a wide gold metal band and behind a dome crystal, the face with black Roman Numerals, black skyscraper hands, and white alarm hand. Marked to face "Cartier". Marked to back of structure "Cartier Paris" over serial number "055693", and "German Movement - French Case - Assembled in France". Accompanied with original fitted case with leather exterior and whtie velvet interior, branded "Cartier" to interior of lid. When standing, approximate height 3.25", width 3.125", depth 2.5".
