Russian . 916 Silver and Enamel Sherbet with Underplate and Spoon, Moscow, 1899-1907, sherbet and underplate each with Cyrillic maker's mark of Khlebnikov, sherbet also with maker's mark of the 11th Artel, underplate with incised number "3069C," and spoon with maker's mark "_P," each with plique-a-jour, guilloche, and champlevé enamel throughout, the sherbet with a shallow guilloche-enameled bowl on a narrow stem with the enameled coat of arms of Novgorod, Moscow, and Kazan, ht. 6 3/4; undertray, dia. 7 1/2; and spoon, lg. 5 5/8 in., approx. 23.8 troy oz. total. Note: These sherbets often came in sets of various color and enamel patterns. A similar sherbet and underplate with the same scratched number "3069C" was sold at Jackson's on November 13, 2012, Lot 348.
