A charming and stylish ladies tuxedo style black skirt suit comprising a knit cardigan sweater with black satin short stand up collar and waistband, the waistband shaped as a man's waistcoat or vest and extending horizontally into a tapering sash that wraps around the waist multiple times, also with shiny black faceted plastic buttons and princess seam to back; accompanied with a coordinating black satin pencil skirt. Suit possibly a marriage as pieces exhibit different labels, although both labels date to the 1980s and the pieces are well matched. Each piece US size 12. Sweater length back collar to hem approximately 19". Skirt waist laid flat approximately 14", length approximately 22.75".
