Property from the Estate of Betty Melaver, Savannah, Georgia The necklace, brooch and earclips each have an applied plaque stamped 18K which appears to be of later addition and not original to the pieces. All of the pieces surface acid test for 14 karat gold but are of the age where the components may be a combination of solid gold, rolled gold and gold wash.
