Joan Miro (Spanish, 1893-1983) series of three surrealist prints, all framed and matted under glass. The first print frame measures 19-1/2" in height by 15-1/2" in width with a sight image measuring 12-1/2" in height by 8-1/2" in width. The second and third print frames measure 17-1/2" in height by 15-1/2" in width with a sight image measuring 10-1/4" in height by 8-1/2" in width. All measurements are approximate. Joan Miró i Ferrà (1893-1983) was a Spanish painter, sculptor, and ceramicist born in Barcelona. A museum dedicated to his work, the Fundació Joan Miró, was established in his native city of Barcelona in 1975, and another, the Fundació Pilar i Joan Miró, was established in his adoptive city of Palma de Mallorca in 1981.
