Ruth Ray (20th century) framed and matted under glass print depicting a "Tufted Titmouse" on a "Flowering Dogwood". Hand signed and numbered by the artist. Based on a 1996 watercolor, this print is number 428 out of a limited edition of 725 published by Raven Studios (Keene, VA) in April of 1997. The frame measures 27" in height by 16-3/4" in width with the sight image measuring 22" in height by 11-7/8" in width. All measurements are approximate. No biography is available for this artist.
