Metz Castleberry (American (Oklahoma/Texas), 20th century), "Lead Steer"-1977, patinated bronze sculpture, incised on integral naturalistic base with "METZ CASTLEBERRY 1977" and limited edition of "5 of 30". American West animal form tabletop sculpture depicting a standing horned bull with pronounced spine, slightly exposed ribcage and curled tail on an oblong naturalistic base. Overall raised on a shaped wooden plinth with brass tag with artist's name and title. Approximate height 12.25", width 18", depth 12.5".
