Ladies Victorian handmade shell carved cameo brooch depicting a figure with long curled hair in profile with winged and scaled dragon or serpent wrapped around neck, likely a portrayal of a mythological figure. Unsigned. Pin stem composed of brass, other elements in 8k yellow gold. Unmarked, but quality tested as 8k. Brooch measures approximately 1.25" x 1". Total weight approximately 5 grams.
