Franz Edmund Weirotter (Austrian, 1730-1771) Two Laundresses Before a Peasant Cottage Signed and dated "F. Ed.Weirotter/fecit 1760" in the plate u.r. Etching on laid paper, 8 5/8 x 6 5/8 in. (22.0 x 16.8 cm), framed. Condition: Trimmed to the edges of the plate mark, affixed to a supporting sheet at intervals along the reverse, scatted staining and fox marks.
