probably russian, circa 1800 having double swan handles with acanthus terminals, the body with two horizontal bands of shell and foliate and Greek key decoration, raised on a circular foot ending in a square plinth. Height 14 1/4 inches. Property from the Collection of The Steins, Glencoe, Illinois In overall good condition without dents, losses or repair. Gilt finish with areas of discoloration/spotting, with some minor surface wear. Additional images available upon request.
