(Italian, 1655-1743) Portrait of a Young Man oil on canvas 19 1/2 x 15 7/8 inches. Property from the Collection of Dr. and Mrs. Jack Durell, McLean, Virginia In good, stable condition overall. The canvas is re-lined. Areas of minor craquelure throughout. Examination under UV light reveals an even varnish throughout, with instances of retouch to the man's face and the area to the proper-right of his face, as well as along the perimeter where the canvas meets the frame.
