Monix (French (Paris), mid 20th century), circa 1960s. A mid-century modern two-tiered satinwood tea cart, having a kidney-shaped upper tier surrounded by a pierced brass gallery, with a tapering brass and satinwood handle, supported by three tapering brass and satinwood legs, over a shaped, lower tier, with two large rubber front wheels with brass spokes, with two small rear brass wheels, with a front brass rack. Wheels stamped "MONIX DESPOSE PARIS". Approximate height 28.6", width 20.6", depth 29.5". Provenance: From the Estate of a prominent publisher and philanthropist, Greenwich, CT.
