American, late 19th century. A pair of Colonial style turned oak chairs, each having a curved crest rail, a shaped seat, and turned stiles, rungs, and an H-stretcher. Apparently unmarked. Approximate height 30.75", width 25", seat depth 16.25", seat to floor 17.125".
