Designed by Andrew Morrison (American, b. 1939) and Bruce Hannah (American, b. 1941) for Knoll International (American, founded 1938), circa 1970's. A Knoll lounge set comprising a three seat sofa with matching bench. The sofa and bench constructed from aluminum with white enamel finish, the sofa having aluminum tubes along the top rail and seat rail from which the three seat cushions in russet colored fabric are suspended. The bench en suite with three cushions. Underside of bench with tag "Knoll International/745 Fifth Avenue/New York, N.Y. 10022" and also with sticker labeled for Knoll International, along with PATTERN/QTY, and SHIP TO JOHN H.HARLAND CO. 2939 MILLER ROAD DECATUR (Georgia). Sofa apparently unmarked. Approximate height of sofa 27.75", width 69.5" (arm to arm), seat depth 18.5", seat height 15". Bench width 81", seat height 16", seat depth 21".
