Gershon Iskowitz

(Canadian, 1921-1988) Prelude #3 , circa 1968 oil on canvas signed Iskowitz and Gershon Iskowitz and titled (verso) 40 1/8 x 32 1/8 inches. Property from the Estate of Olga Hirshhorn, Naples, Florida The condition appears to be good apart from some minor specks of dirt on the front of the canvas, and some areas on the back of the painting that could be caused by Florida humidity, but it there is no indication on the front of the painting that the paint has been compromised. There is one area that may be paint loss (in the green) that would be approx. 1/16th in diameter, or perhaps never had paint. Hard to tell due to his style.
