J. C. Vickery (England/ London, 1891-1930). A 9k gold small extending magnifying glass, c. 1920, with turned handle culminating in a pedestal form base with monogrammed seal. Glass pulls out to expose a retractable lead pencil. Marked on incurvate base "375", with four worn indistinguishable marks on handle, and "JC Vickery, 183 Regents Street" on inner extension. Approximately 51 grams and 110mm tall when not extended.
