French, late 19th century. Four engravings from "Palais Et Chateaux de France" by Claude Sauvageot, published in Paris in several volumes in the late 1860's. This group comprises of Planche 4 (Board 4) from "XVII Siecle": "Detail de L'Etage Superieur Et De L'Ceil-De-Boeuf of Maison Rue St. Patrice"; Planche 13 (Board 13): "Aile Henri II _ Details De L'Ordre Inferieur of the Palais Archiepiscopal de Sens"; and Planche 10 (Board 10) from "XVI Siecle": "Facade Sur La Cour Detail Du Premier Et Lucarne of the Chateau D"Ancy-Le-Franc". Each is inscribed within plate lower left and right "C. Sauvageot". Framed 22.75" x 18", unframed sight size 13.5" x 9.5".
