First American edition, octavo, last page numbered 303, with "The End" on the same page, bound in publisher's green cloth with jellyfish motif and "Under the Sea" on front board and spine, dark brown coated endleaves, illustrated, resewn and rebacked very neatly and professionally, all original parts replaced, contemporary inscription to half-title, 8 x 5 in.
