Penetration of Matter. New York: Theo Bamberg (Okito), ca. 1910. A sheet of solid canvas is attached to a metal wooden frame. A moveable target is placed at the center of the canvas, which wands, handkerchiefs and other object are passed through. When the target is removed, the canvas is shown to be solid and unblemished. Freestanding frame 11 _ x 13". Hallmarked brass tag stamped "Theo Bamberg/Maker/New York" attached to verso. Minor wear to finish, canvas soiled. Good working condition. An early and handsome model of this classic Okito-made trick.
