A leg brace used by Frank Zappa after his December 10, 1971, assault on stage at a London theatre. The metal and leather brace is fitted with a shoe. Zappa fractured his leg and was wheelchair bound for a time. Accompanied by a vintage copy of a letter from The State of California Department of Rehabilitation under Gov.
