Together with a March 1961 issue of Esquire magazine featuring an eight-page cover article on Marilyn Monroe, Arthur Miller, John Huston and the film The Misfits . A full-page ad for this issue of Esquire , as it appeared in the February 24, 1961, copy of the New York Times , is also present, tucked inside the magazine. The ad used a quotation from the feature article that criticized Monroe for being too high maintenance and out of control.
