American, 20th century. Upholstered armchair with cream to beige painted wood frame with parcel gilt accents throughout, carved feather and tassel crest at top of flared back, sides with rope motif , overall with minimal skirt and raised on tapered legs with swag and leaf motif on front, splayed legs at back. Back, seat and removable seat cushion upholstered in rose pink fabric upholstery. Approximate height 43", width 26.75", depth 31.5", seat to floor 20".
