John Langstaffe (British, 1849-1912). "A Warwickshire Lane", oil on canvas, signed and titled lower right. A quiet landscape painting depicting an overcast English day on a country lane flanked to both sides by towering sparse trees which form an arched covering to the lane, to left a few cows grazing under the trees and to right two figures milking a single cow. Framed approximately 19.5" x 27.5". Unframed approximately 16" x 24". Provenance: Property from the Private Collection of Helen Ballard, Atlanta, Georgia.
