Erwin Lambeth by Tomlinson (American, 1901-), late 20th century. An oversized giltwood armchair, having a serpentine crest rail over an upholstered seat back, with low scrolled arms with beaded borders, with a plush, removable seat cushion on a serpentine apron, ornately carved with beading, scallops, and scrolled acanthus leaves, with a dropped rocaille front, with tapering and shaped fluted feet, accompanied by a matching circular ottoman, with a beaded, carved, and acanthus leaf carved apron with four shaped and fluted legs. Upholstered in cream velvet, with silk accent pillow. Manufacturer's label under seat cushion. Approximate height 46.25", width 38", depth 32.5", seat to floor 21".
