Rogers, Smith & Co (American (Meriden, Connecticut) 1877-1904), fourth quarter 19th century. A Victorian quadruple silver vanity caddy having a right and left circular basket fitted with continental blue glass hand painted enamel decorated scent bottles having ruffled lids and centered with a covered bowl probably used to contain powder or cotton balls raised on a floral bright cut base with four aesthetic style legs. The underside of base marked in a shield "ROGERS SMITH & CO MERIDEN CT QUADRUPLE" and "96".
